How to create .R#Settings files?

I wanted to try RSM but I don't know how to create .R#Settings files and therefore cannot switch settings. R# itself uses *.xml files for its settings and I conclude these *.R#Settings files must be created by RSM. Tried:

ReSharper -> Tools -> Manage Settings - all buttons are greyed out, except "Add", which only adds an existing file and is therefore useless in my situation (there are no existing files);

ReSharper -> Options -> Settings Manager - has no controls;

ReSharper -> Options -> Settings Manager -> Personal Settings - only choosing of an existing file, no button or anything for the creation of a new file;

ReSharper -> Options -> Settings Manager -> Settings Sharing - I don't want to share settings, just tried to find some way to force the creation of a .R#Settings file to no avail.

How do I do it?

R#: 5.1.1753.4 (official version) Full Edition;

VS: 2010 Premium;

Windows: 7 Professional 64.

The "Add" button in "Manage Settings" dialog actualy can create a new file. Just enter new file name and click save.

I have published the new RSM version. It contains major UI improvements. Hope this will make things clear.
